Good 100% Whole Wheat Bread
The first time I tried this recipe, the flavor was great! However, the texture didn't quite come out as I had hoped it would. With some changes, I think my second batch will turn out better: 3 tbsp of oil instead of margarine 3 tbsp of sugar 3 tsp of yeast 1/4 of gluten No milk, and more water - about 1 1/2 c of water or so total. This gave the bread dough the texture I was expecting. I'll know soon how it baked. Kudos to the original poster for getting a great flavor! I had to veganize it; hence the no-milk, but with some tweaking I think this recipe will work out great in my particular bread machine. Thanks!

Pecan Nut Crust
This recipe was delicious and went extremely well with our toffee-flavored pie filling. I didn't change a thing!

Spinach Quiche
I did as other reviewers suggested and halved the amount of onion and spinach and cheese. I did leave more mushrooms in to make for a happy family, though :D The other thing I did was omit the feta cheese, instead opting to make the recipe entirely with cheddar. We don't like feta cheese much and since it would have been too much cheese anyway... I sauteed the veggies in just a touch of olive oil instead of butter, used skim milk and egg beaters, and 2% cheese instead of full fat, and it turned out to be a MUCH lighter version of the quiche while still being tasty! Will definitely make this again
