Chocolate Trifle
I have been told not to make this again by my husband, because he couldn't stop eating it :) I followed other's suggestions of using whipping cream with the pudding mix, toffee bits, caramel, and french vanilla cool whip. I also used homemade brownies, but it would have good with a good boxed brownie too. Since there's no fruit, it didn't get soggy the next day, and in fact was just as good for at least 3 days after making (that's as long as it lasted around here). I'll be making this easy, delicious recipe again soon!

Garlic Red Potatoes
Wow! This recipe is delicious!! I upped the temp to 400 for 40 min uncovered, then cooked it under a london broil for 12 min on broil and they were perfectly cooked, and enjoyed by all. I didn't have garlic, so I had to use powdered, and I used concentrated lemon instead of fresh. I just eyeballed everything and it worked great. This one will definitely be made again and again, thank you for the recipe!

Taco Seasoning I
as is was a little spicy for us. I cut down the chili powder to 2tsp, and halve the black pepper (we use freshly ground pepper and it made it really spicy with a whole tsp). i also add 1tsp cornstarch so it thickens a little and sticks to the meat better. with these changes it's a 5 star recipe for us, that we use all the time
