Incredibly Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2011
this was good. I used shredded cheese and added a little bit of garlic salt, worchestshire sauce, and ketchup to the meat mixture. Pretty easy and yummy.

Baby Spinach Omelet

Reviewed: Oct. 20, 2010
this was really good! And so easy. It is a good jumping off place for add-ins. I put chopped tomatoes on top after I cooked the omelet.

Pesto Cheesy Chicken Rolls

Reviewed: Oct. 18, 2010
I think I cooked these too long because they were DRY! I cut the recipe in half in order to just make two and used shredded cheese instead of sliced. The flavor was really good, next time I will just watch the time better.

Amazing Whole Wheat Pizza Crust

Reviewed: Aug. 22, 2010
I have made this twice and think it is very good. I am just impressed that I actually made this and it was edible. I think I will try some of the other suggestions on here in the future when I make this. It's a little bland.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2009
This was soooo good. I took this to a friend's house last night and everyone raved. I used some chicken sausage I had instead of ham and it turned out great. Very fast and easy. My husband wants me to make it again tonight.

Turkey Pot Pie III

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2009
I used this recipe after thanksgiving with left over turkey and it was delicious. I used cream of onion soup instead of mushroom and it added much more flavor. I'm making it tonight with chopped up rotisserie chicken.

Pumpkin Chili

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2009
I definitely wouldn't ue all of the juice, it makes it way too watery for chili. I would use half of what the recipe calls for. I also put half of the sugar in the chili and it was still too sweet. I used the whole can of pumpkin and liked the texture. i added curry, salt, and pepper to this recipe and it was an interesting addition. It did win our chili cook off, though. Just not my taste.

Italian Sausage Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2009
I felt like this lacked flavor but it was a good base recipe that I could add spices to. I added chopped broccoli instead of chopped spinach on accident. Oops.

Chocolate Chip Banana Bread II

Reviewed: Oct. 4, 2009
This was a good bread. Nothing amazing, but very tasty for how easy it was to make. I didn't have shortening so I used butter. The bread fell at the end of baking and I think it's b/c of the butter.

Blueberry Dump Cake

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2009
This was really good! I made it for my husband's birthday and he LOVED it. I added lemon juice to the blueberries before adding the rest of the ingredients. I also did not melt butter but took others advice of slicing a stick of butter on top. Yum!

Salmon with Brown Sugar Glaze

Reviewed: Apr. 18, 2009
My husband really liked this. I have had an aversion to salmon the last two times I have made it, so I couldn't eat it after I made it. It smelled great (not common for fish) when it was done cooking. It was also really easy to make.

I followed this recipe exactly as written and I thought this was alright, a little bland. My husband and our friend thought it was very good so I gave it 4 stars.

Easy Slow Cooker Meatballs

Reviewed: Mar. 14, 2009
These meatballs were really good. I did change the recipe a bit b/c I could not do it in my slow cooker. I hadn't thawed my meat soon enough. I did the meatball just like it specified and baked them for 15 min. I then threw it in a pot with jarred spaghetti sauce and heated it up. These were yummy.

Penne with Chicken and Pesto

Reviewed: Nov. 17, 2008
This was really good. I didn't add as much cream as the recipe called for, b/c I didn't have it. I think I will try to tweak it to make it healthier. Very yummy, though.

Aimee's Quick Chicken

My husband loved this and he is so picky. He actually asked me to make it again and he doesn't like chicken. I changed the recipe a little b/c I didn't have teryaki sauce. I used italian dressing instead and it came out great. I did everything else by the recipe. Very easy. Thanks.

Best Ever Caramel Apple Crisp

Reviewed: Oct. 13, 2008
Oh, I wish I would have read the reviews before I made this. I tried to put this into an 8x8 dish and made the biggest mess. Then I tried to dump it into a 9x13 and the topping was on the bottom. This made it soggy and stick to the bottom.

Fried Rice with Cilantro

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2008
Oh my gosh! This was so good and relatively easy to make. I didn't have green peppers so I added red pepper flakes. The other change I made was to add chopped white onions in with the garlic. Oh and I added a splash of sesame oil. The cilantro made this dish. Yum!
