This was soooo delish!!!!!! It really is versatile too. I made mine with strawberries, kiwi, a pear, nectarines (firm, not soft ones), pink lady apples, and blueberries. I used raspberry preserves and the sugars listed. I took this to a family reunion, and it was a hit!!!!! I can't wait to make this again, and this is a wonderful way for any adult or child to get their fruit intake. I made the chips the night before, and they were still crisp the next afternoon. I was sooo scared to make this,and be disappointed, but disappointed I was not. Thanx for an awesome recipe... oh yeah, cut your fruit by hand, not with a chopper. It stays more firm this way. Don't make this if you are crimped for time, it really is time consuming.
