Banana Cake X
Ohhhh, deelish! This is an awesome recipe, and I know what's good! So tastey and would be fine with no type of icing, but I did put some chocolate frosting on it. The fam loved it. I heated up some chocolate icing in the micro and drizzled it over the top. I used a bundt pan to bake. It turned out really pretty-- almost (ALMOST) too pretty to cut and eat! Thanks for the recipe!

Sour Cream Pound Cake
It's a pretty good pound cake. It's not as good as the last recipe I tried here but I couldn't find that one. I'm actually really bummed because I made this recipe for a MOPS breakfast tomorrow and it won't come out of the bundt pan. It's stuck fiercely, despite that I sprayed and floured it. I'm going to have to go buy a box of doughnuts in the morning for my MOPS group. I guess that's not the fault of the recipe, but I'm still giving this one 4 stars for it's near mediocrity and stick to the pan nature.

Soft Whole Wheat Sugar Cookies
These were absolutely wonderful. I took the first reviewers advice and added 1/4 applesauce and 1/4 butter instead of the shortening. I think the applesauce made the cookie too flat. It's delicious, for sure, but it's not the soft cookie I wanted. Stick to the butter or shortening. It doesn't make this cookie considerably more healthy just because you cut 1/4 of the butter. You'll love this one!
