Slow Cooker Beef Stew I
Made as directed, with fellow cooker "Corinne's" additions. Although my meat seemd a little on the dryer side, it was very tasty!

Silky Sweet Potato Puree
The recipe was so delicious, creamy and easy to make. It was only for my husband and I, so I used 4 small sweet potatoes, roasted them until their skin easily came off (about 35 minutes) threw in my food processor and added low fat milk (it was all I had on hand) and added a little butter, salt and pepper. I was so incredibly creamy and delicious!

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast
I just got married 8 months ago and this wonderful recipe made me look like I’ve been cooking for years! I followed as written, with the extra suggestions- I brushed a 2 lb. tri-tip roast with flour, slipped in fresh rosemary and 3 garlic cloves through slits and seared than I substituted broth and red wine for the water and used the mixture to scrape up the delicious pan juices. I cooked for 6-1/2 hours. Thank you for this recipe!
