One Skillet Pork Supper

Reviewed: Sep. 24, 2007
I don't usually follow recipes exactly as they're written, but I did on this one and glad I did. Well, I did add a little more garlic. Anyway, like some others, I was apprehensive about the tomato soup, but tried it anyway. It turned out fantastic! Wonderful flavor, the pork was juicy and tender and the veggies complemented the meal well. The kids asked for seconds even. I had another pork recipe on this site that was my favorite, think I'm going to have to change it to this one.

Pork Chops with Italian Sausage

Reviewed: Apr. 28, 2007
A fantastic recipe! The only change I made was to add diced tomatoes, omit the onions (didn't have any) and I used pork loin. The sausage was a wonderful compliment to the dish, will definitely be making again.

Stuffed Kielbasa

Reviewed: Apr. 28, 2007
I've been making this for years and it's still a favorite with the entire family. I make this with turkey kielbasa (very good) and a four cheese mixture.

Jambalaya

Reviewed: Apr. 26, 2007
I had some sausage, chicken and peppers that I needed to use up, so I did an ingredient search and found this. I'm happy I did because this jambalaya is fantastic! I followed the recipe exactly (minus the file powder) and the flavors blended perfectly. I think the only chance I will make next time is follow the advice of several people and make the rice seperate and maybe add some shrimp.

Cathy's Banana Bread

Reviewed: Mar. 8, 2007
My family loves banana bread and I have been searching and experimenting for years to find "the one". I think we may have found it with this recipe. The bread was moist and had a wonderful flavor. The only changes I made was to add more banana, added some walnuts and used low fat sour cream. My husband asked me to go to the store for more bananas to make this again...it's only been two days.

Candy Cane Fudge

Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2006
It was an ok treat, but not at all like fudge. As someone said before, this is more like a candy bar. The two tastes are an interesting combination, but you really need to like white chocolate for it to be good. Not sure if I'll make it again as I've had much better, but it's not bad.

Pork Chops with Garden Rice

Reviewed: Oct. 18, 2006
Fantastic! The rice was deliciously different, the pork tender and juicy. I used Trader Joes brown rice melody and it's the best rice I've ever eaten. Used fresh mushrooms and a frozen mixture of bell peppers. I also used loin chops for lesser fat content.
