Bread Machine Focaccia
this was great recipe but I did change a couple things from other recipes I have. the dough was very dry when it was mixing in the machine so I added another 1/4 cup water. When I put the loaf in the oven I put it on the middle rack and a pan with hot water on the bottom rack. I let it sit in the cold oven for 25 minutes, then turned the oven on and let it bake for about 30 minutes. AFter 25, keep an eye on it. My loaf was HUGE! size of a pizza pan. Everyone loved it!! I'll post a picture of it.

Baked Chicken Nuggets
I made a few changes. I used 1 package of whole wheat saltines, crushed with the other seasonings and parmesan cheese. I also marinated the chicken in a roasted garlic store bought marinate. I didn't need any butter or egg because the bread crumbs stuck. I put the cracker crumb mix and chicken in a ziplock and shook till they were covered. I also followed a previous review about putting the nuggets on a cooling rack on top of the baking sheet. It worked great! They were awesome! I would recommend if you reheat these don't do it in the microwave...try the broiler or toasted oven.

Super Bowl Bites
These were awesome! I made them for super bowl and everyone loved them. My boyfriend liked them better the next day microwaved because the bottoms weren't crunchy. If they could be made without the bottoms getting crunchy they'd be even better!! Very close to White Castles!!
