Hot Chicken Wing Dip

Reviewed: Dec. 8, 2008
This is by far the best dip I've ever had! I serve it with celery sticks and Club Cracker Sticks. It has the same flavor as your favorite hot wings, but is so much less messy. The only changes I make are to use fat-free cream cheese and light or fat-free ranch dressing!

Caramel Pecan Pie

This recipe is fairly easy to prepare, and so delicous. It really stands out from other pecan pie recipes. Great in the fall and winter!

Ham N Egg Pizza

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2008
Very simple and very, very tasty! I used bacon instead of ham, but other than that, I kept the recipe just the same and my family loved it!

Easy Cheesy Chicken I

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2007
This was soo good!!! I made it once and loved it, but thought it might make a really good soup. I added some chopped celery, some frozen homestyle noodles, and diced up the cooked chicken. After it simmered all day in the crock pot, it made a great meal for a cold March evening!

Pecan Pie IV

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2008
Very good and simple recipe. One tip is to melt 1/2 bag of baking caramel with 1 T. of butter and fold it into the mixture just before the pecans, or to layer the pecans on the bottom of the pie pan and then drizzle a generous amount of caramel syrup over them before adding the filling to the pan. Gives the pie a nice, smooth texture, and also adds a great flavor!

Pizza Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2008
I used penne noodles instead of egg noodles and a combination of canadian bacon and pepperoni. My husband doesn't like peppers and onions, so I used onion powder, and omitted the peppers altogether. It was very, very good!

Mom's Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 8, 2008
These tasted great, but the dough was really sticky. It took a lot of flour to make this dough work! It certainly didn't work in the cookie press, so I ended up rolling it out flat and using cookie cutters.

Taco Pie

Reviewed: Mar. 26, 2007
I added a layer of refried beans on top of the crescent rolls, some black olives, onions, and green peppers, and I used Nacho Cheese Doritos rather than plain tortilla chips, and it turned out even better than the original recipe. I loved it!
