Loved it! Some changes: I didn't have a packet of dressing mix, so I googled it and used dry spices on hand to approximate the mix. I used sour cream instead of cream cheese, and also doubled the cream of chicken soup to make it nice and saucy. I started with frozen chicken breast halves. They were cooked and ready to shred within 4 hours on low. I wouldn't cube the chicken first, because I think that would make it dry. A perfect meal with egg noodles and some broccoli - my 4 year old raved and raved.
