This was an awesome recipe. I only had chicken stuffing mix. I put it in my processor to make it finer, where it would cover better. I had 6 chops. I used 3 tablespoons of melted butter, but also sprayed the pan with cooking spray, cooked it at 425 for 12 minutes each side. Before flipping, I sprayed the top of the chops with the cooking spray as well. I didn't have any sticking whatsoever, and all the crumbs stayed on and completly covered the chops. I didn't have any problems with the crumbs as some of the other reviewers. If you are going to make more than the suggested 4 chops, I would go ahead and process 2 boxes of stuffing mix,and use as you go, so they all get covered evenly, and you don't run out. You can store what you don't use in a container in your fridge. They were so juicy and tasty. One more thing..my mom hated to throw anything out, so she would take the breadcrumbs and the egg mixture after breading chicken, and mix it together, roll them into little balls and fry them in a little bit of oil on the stove. We called them poor man's meatballs. I have to do that everytime I bread something, my kids call them breadballs, and they love them.
