Love this! I used fresh ground whole wheat flour. I did not use a bread machine and instead mixed the water, sugar, and yeast and let sit ten minutes. Then I mixed in with the dry ingredients, kneaded for ten minutes, and let it rise for 30 minutes. Then I shaped the dough into long strands and braided them together and let it rise another 30 minutes. Then baked for 15 minutes and they came out perfectly! Very soft.
