This really was a great dish! Makes a ton, though. I used cheddar and monterey jack cheeses, Hunt's Garlic and Herb Sauce (39-ounces all together), and put some of the pepperonis along the top to get crispy as well. It was really good with some garlic bread. Mmm mm.

My Chili

Oh my gosh! This was amazing! Everyone loved it! They had seconds, even ate the leftovers, even though there wasn't much left. : D We used ground sirloin instead of ground beef and I cut up the tomatoes and advised by another reviewer. Other than that, I tossed in a few bay leaves and let it stew. I don't think I can rave about this recipe enough! It was so flavorful, so meaty and it didn't have too many beans (my husband doesn't like them). Yay! Thanks a ton for this. I will make this again and again! And again!

Herbed Chicken Pasta

I really liked this recipe! It has real nice flavor, but I did add a few more Italian spices, for my taste. My mom doesn't like tomatoes, but she really enjoyed it. It goes very well with garlic bread!

Sloppy Joes II

Delicious!!! My husband likes his a little sweeter, so I added some extra brown sugar the first time we made it. The second, I didn't add it and he thought it was just as good! I may have to try adding the BBQ sauce like another reviewer recommended. Sounds amazing! Also adding cheese and broiling also offers a great, finger-licking eatability (yeah... its a word now)!! Thanks SO much Tamara for this. :)

I like the flavor of this recipe, however, it turned out lumpy. I mixed and mixed until my face turned blue. Maybe the cream cheese wasn't soft enough.

Garden Cheese Soup

Oh my goodness!! Yummy! I didn't have celery, so I put in some celery seed and chopped broccoli. It was amazing! This is definitely going into the rotation! Next time I will shoot for the real recipe.

This was really really good (even with out onions - I didn't have any)!!! This really hit the spot with my 2 year old, too. Very yummy! I did double the cheese and broccoli as suggested. Mmm mmm!

Belle's Hamburger Buns

This bread had the best ratio of dry to wet that i didn't need to add any flour to the table to knead! It was the best feeling bread I have ever used. Unfortunately, i must have done something wrong because my bread came out very dense and kind of tasteless, yet almost salty. It has great potential for being amazing and I will try this again! :D Thanks for the recipe.

Roasted Winter Squash Seeds

These are good! I am allergic to corn (therefore no popcorn) so these are a great substitute! My only issue is that I had to bake them for 35 minutes in order for them to "pop" instead of the listed 15. Worth the wait though.

Sweet Cornbread Cake

This cornbread is amazing! I didn't change a thing. The best I have ever made! It's sweet, dense, but very cakelike. It's what i remember eating when I was little, unlike all those other cornbread recipes that are dry and blech. Thanks a million, myfoursonsks!

Banana Oatmeal Cookies II

These are amazing! I didn't have any shortening so I used a 1/4 cup butter and two bananas. I also added 3/4 cup of raisins. They have great flavor and very soft. YUM!

Garlic Mashed Potatoes

These are alright. I thought the cream cheese:potato ratio made it too dry, however, I may have had too many potatoes, too. It was good, but not good enough to keep around. Thanks anyway.

Easy Meatloaf

I did as some suggested: Seasoned bread crumbs, sauteed the onions and doubled the "sauce" on the top. It was good. But there still seemed to be something lacking in the loaf portion (maybe garlic?). It needed to have the sauce on top to add enough flavor. Still good and will probably repeat it for another day!

Simple Turkey Chili

It didn't taste right after I added the seasonings, mostly like it was only chili powder. So I added a can of tomato paste to tone down the seasoning flavor and it was great! There were no left overs. Also, I only had black beans on hand and only mashed up about half of them since we like the full texture of the beans.

Seasoned Orzo and Black Beans

This recipe did not work for us. It was incredibly bland, even though I boiled the noodles in chicken broth, added rotisserie chicken, parmesan cheese, garlic pepper. Nothing seemed to help it taste good. I did top it with some salsa verde and that helped a bit. But this will not be a repeat. Sorry.
