Mango Lassi II

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2011
Very good! A little sweet so maybe next time I would use a little less sugar. Other than that, no complaints here!

Zucchini Cornbread Casserole

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2011
This is such an easy recipe and the kids love it too. I add 1/2 c of frozen corn and a little extra cornbread mix to dry it up a bit.

Squash Braid

Reviewed: Oct. 3, 2011
This bread is awesome. The only thing I must have done wrong is that it was too sticky to braid so I just made a loaf. It was still delicious and fairly easy to make. I highly recommend it.
