Great recipe!! I followed the recipe exactly and they came out wonderful. Made about 7 patties and they were gone in no time. Will definitely be making these again. Thanks!

Cran-Orange Bran Muffins

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2007
I think these are the best bran muffins I've ever had. I've always loved the cranberry /orange flavor combo, and it works well with the bran. The only change I made is I substituted 1/4 cup applesauce for the butter because I'm on a low fat meal plan. Hubby loved them too. Will be making again very soon!!

Apple Chicken Stew

Reviewed: Nov. 27, 2006
This was very tasty. I didn't have any potatoes, so I added extra carrots, celery, and onion. I also put in 2 apples, and omitted the caraway seeds because I didn't have any. The hubby and I both loved this dish and I will be making in again very soon. Thanks for sharing the recipe.

Apple-Raisin French Toast Casserole

Reviewed: Oct. 23, 2006
Very delicious!! After reading previous reviews, I decided to use 1 loaf of Pepperidge Farm Cinn Raisin Bread, cubed and soaked in the egg mixture, then spread on top of the thinly sliced apples. For the apples,I used Splenda brown sugar mix and reduced the quantity to 3/4 cup. Since I was using the raisin bread, I did not add any additional raisins. I did use 8 eggs instead of 6 and refrigeraged casserole overnight. The aroma while this was baking made my mouth water and it turned out perfect. The hubby loved it. I'll definitely be making this again.

Slow Cooker Barbecue Ribs

Reviewed: Sep. 14, 2006
These ribs are tender & delicious. I've made them twice already. I reduced ketchup to 1 cup, and added 1 bottle of Jack Daniels original recipe BBQ sauce, omitted the oregano and hot sauce and used apple cider vinegar. Can't wait to make again.

This came out great. Very easy to make and very delicious. Using thin sliced chicken cutlets saved time and everything went together quickly. Husband & I both loved it. Will definitely make again.
