Cedar Planked Salmon
This was the best thing I have ever made- AMAZING. I used wild sockeye salmon and it was delicious. Don't be afraid of the cedar plank, just be sure to soak the plank for at least 4 hours. As an extra treat save the marinade and boil it so you can serve it with the fish. I served the fish with asparagus and a plain rice and salad. TRY THIS you will be a star!!! Thanks for the receipe

Asian Pork Tenderloin
Best Pork Tenderloin recipe I have come across in years. Some suggestions- cook at 325 for 80 muinutes. Just as many others I was unable to locate the Asian Chile paste. Use Chile Garlic sauce which you can find in the supermarket as well as fresh grated ginger. Next time I will make extra sauce so that I can serve with leftovers the next day. Try this one, you won't be disappointed!

Mexican Bean Salad
I would give this more stars if I could.....it was great!! It is even better the 2nd day. I made it exactly as written with just a little less dressing and a little less sugar. Top with FETA cheese and yum..........
