Italian Country Style Ribs
Very good. I browned the ribs well, then added them and the sauce to my crockpot. I used a little more sauce than called for and served it over whole wheat spaghetti.

Ravishing Red Velvet Cake
This was very good and pretty. I made it for my boyfriend's birthday. He loved it! I used a bundt cake pan. Had to cook a little longer that way. A couple of people said it could be a little moister. The taste was GREAT! I added chopped pecans to the icing! Otherwise I didn't change anything. Everyone raved over this caked, especially the icing!

Nacho Cheese Sauce
Thanks Mary Ann! This recipe worked GREAT for us. I followed it except we added about 1/2 cup Pepper Jack at the end with the chese slices. We used it for broccoli since that is the only way my daughters like it. Very simple, fast and I can't wait to try it with other foods...especially nachos. It thickened really well. The added cheese almost made it too thick, ALMOST! We'll be using this often. : )
