This is the cake for my daughter's October 2006 wedding. The roses and lilies were made by a sugar-flower artist from Long Island, NY: http://www.sugarflorals.com/
but I made everything else. The cakes are coconut and deep chocolate, filled with chocolate ganache, and frosted with white chocolate whipped ganache. I covered the main cake with rolled fondant decorated with royal icing roses and swirls and the beautiful flowers I purchasesd. It was pretty and delicious, and the sugarpaste flowers have been preserved in glass shadowboxes.
