Very good and very like a sauce I already make. I used 1/2 of a medium onion, 1, 14 oz can diced italian tomato's and 1 can of italian stewed tomato's. I also used 3 garlic cloves, and about 1/2 tablespoon of italian seasoning. I had made a rump roast 2 nights before and added 2 large thick slices to the sauce. My old italian mil used to make a roast in the sauce and the slices in the sauce reminded me of that. Thanks! This was enough for me and my son and daughter in law, over ravaoli.
