Ultimo's No-Bake Blueberry Squares

Reviewed: Jun. 25, 2011
So delish & divine! I can't wait to try it with raspberries or blackberries. Very quick & easy. The graham cracker crust was a bit thick for me so I will be making it thinner in the future. Yummo!

Glazed Apple Cream Pie

Reviewed: Nov. 27, 2009
AWESOME pie! I made it just as it is but added a couple more apples. I used Gold Rush apples from a local orchard and they were a bit small. I did a lattice top too and it was simply divine! That's saying a lot since I don't normally eat apple pies, I just like to bake them for others.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2009
This recipe is FAB! Though I think it would be less salty if you were to boil some chicken breasts &chop them up to use instead of canned chicken. But that's my personal preference. I will try that some day!

Laura's Quick Slow Cooker Turkey Chili

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2009
Awesome recipe! I only used one can soup and added 1 can of diced tomatoes, per others. I also did not add the red pepper and used only 1 lbs of chili powder as my family is rather wimpy lol. First time I made it with black beans and pinto beans, oh and I added a can of corn, drained. Second time I used white beans and both times it was delicious. My hubby loved it which is rare with turkey lol. This will be our new chili recipe! YUMMO!

A-Number-1 Banana Cake

Reviewed: Jul. 24, 2008
This cake is the BEST banana cake I've ever had. And I've been making banana bread/cake for a while now. It's up there with my Grandma's banana bread recipe. I used sour cream instead of buttermilk (didn't have any) and I used 1 c. of whole wheat flour. Next time I am going to slip in some ground flax seed! hehe LOVE this esp. warm out of the oven w/vanilla icecream on top.

VERY easy (I added the green beans to the saute). And my hubby ate it up, which I was really surprised at lol. Very nice flavor too. Next time I would add a can of mushrooms too. Yummmo!

Peach Cobbler II

Reviewed: Jun. 14, 2004
This recipe turned out really bad for me. The dough was thick and raw and tasted bad. I won't be using this recipe again. It's soooo hard to find a good cobbler recipe!
