Bow Ties with Sausage, Tomatoes and Cream

Reviewed: Mar. 26, 2011
This recipe was sooo good! the only thing I changed was I used Hot Italian sausage because that was what I had in the freezer, however, this made it too spicy for my 6 year old but me and the hubby couldn't get enough! Definite keeper!! Next time I will try with the sweet, but not sure it will compare to the Hot sausage!

Tina's Shortbread Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2011
This cookie was very good. I liked it but my hubby and kiddos LOVED it! I did add vanilla and 18 minutes seemed to be a good time for me. I wanted them to get a more brown but the light brown was just right! I didn't add nuts (didn't have any) but added a few more chocolate chips.

Banana Oatmeal Cookie

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2011
I love these cookies! They are more like muffin type cookies and are so soft and chewy. My kids absolutely loved them. They also FREEZE really well. I bake a ton of them when I have ripened bananas and freeze them in a Tupperware, take them out and pop them in the microwave for a few seconds and they are sooo good! I have used swirled choco chips and they are good also. I also used 1/2 cup butter (no shortening on hand) and 13 minutes was my sweet spot!

Easy Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2011
These were super easy to make and came out SOOO yummy! My kiddos and hubby couldn't get enough. This will defiantly be a keeper for easy drop sugar cookies! Next time I think I may add mini M&Ms! 8 minutes seemed to be the perfect time for me, cooked thorough and slightly brown on the bottoms but perfectly chewy!

These Pancakes were super yummy... I followed the directions except I added the chocolate chips into the individual pancakes. These are a keeper and I have already been asked by the hubby and kiddos to make it again!

This was the first time I have ever made a Roast of any kind! It was so easy and so yummy. The only thing I changed was I used a Rump Roast instead of a Pot Roast.

Charley's Slow Cooker Mexican Style Meat

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2008
This meat was awesome on some tortillas w/ chopped cilantro and onion. The only thing I will change next time is not adding so much water. I really don't think it needed it. But I did like the other reviewers suggested, cooked the meat on high first, then shredded it and cooked it on low for about another hour. Will make this over and over again !

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2007
This was so good ! I took the suggestions of some of the other reviewers and cooked the whole breast and the last hour I took it out, shredded them, added some corn statch to thicken the sauce up a bit, then put the shredded chicken back it for another hour on low. I then toasted the buns and cooked some fries... and omg was is yummy. I used Sweet Baby Ray BBQ sauce. I will def make again, over and over, and I am sure the whole breast would be just as yummy !!!!
