Bow Ties with Sausage, Tomatoes and Cream
OMG! This was absolutely horrible! So horrible that I ate three bowls of it and there are no leftovers. *smile* It was delicious! I am kicking myself for being safe and not doubling the dish. I didn't really change anything, but I did use a little less of things as I was a bit skeptical. I just didn't see how the heavy cream would make it good, so I used a little less. I did use hot turkey sausage, but I use turkey products for whatever pasta dish I make. I also added spinach. But that's all I did differently. This is definitely something I will add to my rotation of meals. Thank you!

Easy Chicken Fajita Soup
Oh my! I should say that again, oh my! This is delicious! I am actually eating some now while I am writing this review. I followed the recipe, except for the peppers. I didn't have any poblano or green chiles. That's okay because it is great without them! I also over seasoned, so I added a 16 oz cup of water. That solved the problem. Oh, and I used two cans of black beans. Instead of tortilla's, I poured it over a spoonful of yellow rice. Wow! This is good, good, good. Thanks!

Toasted Strawberry-Cream Cheese Breakfast Sandwiches
Oh, my! Absolutely delicious! I did alter the recipe though. I am not a fan of sparling wine, so I simply sat the strawberries in some water with sugar. I didn't have an orange, so I omitted the orange zest. Added everything else. It was a dream brunch. I'll be having some this coming weekend.
