Asparagus, Chicken, and Pecan Pasta

Reviewed: Dec. 7, 2010
this is wonderful!. LOVE IT SO MUCH! I made it once, exactly as written, and it was fantastic. The next time, due to my limited chicken, I used 1 chicken breast and about 3/4 cup smoked sausage, sliced, and it was amazing with the sausage addition. This is a wonderful go-to recipe that I am so glad that I found!

American Potato Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 30, 2007
This recipe is awesome!!! I have made it about 4 times in the last 3 weeks for various get togethers, and everyone loves it. The first time I made it, i used the 2 tsp of salt called for in the recipe, and it was way too salty, so each other time i make it, i reduce to using just 1 tsp of salt. Also, I add about 6 slices of chopped cooked bacon and it is super yummy!!

This is yummy. I used DOVE chocolate filled with caramel and it was great..Then I made it again today and rather than pecans halves, I used almond slivers..and it was wonderful too. This is so easy..and everyone is always impressed!

Jet Swirl Pizza Appetizers

Reviewed: Sep. 17, 2006
Loved this. Super easy and was quite impressed with it! Very tasty. I used only provolone ( simply b/c I had no mozzerella on hand). Fantastic. I will make this again. I also used The Pampered Chef stoneware and it was wonderful.

Betsy's Mandarin Orange Salad

Reviewed: Mar. 11, 2010
I loved this! I made it tonight for BUNCO i was hosting, and everyone raved about it. The only alteration that I made was adding about 1/2 cup dried cranberries. It added some nice color variation, and the tartness/sweetness addition was really great! I cannot wait to make this again!

Beth's Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 26, 2011
I didn't like these much at all. I made the recipe exactly as written. They didn't seem to 'set' too well but more so stayed in the ball shape I put them in the pan....Not making these again.

Easy Slow Cooker French Dip

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2010
I made this recipe exactly as stated...made sure my cut of meat said exactly same..but it was terrible, tough. The sauce created by the other ingredients was decent and flavorfilled---but totally doesn't compensate that the meat was NOT GOOD!

Brian's Favorite Sauce

Reviewed: Oct. 18, 2010
i love this recipe and have been making it since 2006! - I sometimes add green peppers chopped very small ( so my children won't hesitate to eat it as much) but to get in just a little more flavor and vegetables. DELICIOUS!!!

Hoagie Bake

Reviewed: Mar. 24, 2007
This was pretty good. I found that when I cooked it even only 21 minutes on 325, the bottom was browning much sooner, faster than the top. I chose to creative 'flip' it, so the bottom wouldn't get too much browner... Since I halfed the recipe, this was doable.....but if i had made the original recipe size, then it wouldn't have been too easy to flip, and i think the outcomme would have been a crispy bottom and a not cooked top..

We enjoyed this for dinner. I ended up using a little hoison sauce to substitute for some soy sauce, as I didn't have enough soy sauce. Was very flavorful and good..

this was good, still tasted like salmon :) Though that isn't the fault of the recipe. My two year old and five you ate it, so that says something.
