Jen's Heavenly Egg Salad

Reviewed: Jun. 20, 2008
This recipe was pretty good. It didn't WOW me but it did have some nice flavor. I made exactly as written with no modifications..Not sure I'd make it again, but it was enjoyable.

Chewy Coconut Bars

Reviewed: Apr. 17, 2008
These were good and moist. I cooked mine in Stoneware so I cooked closer to 30 minutes and still perfectly chewy! Thing I changed were using milk chocolate morsels, rather than semi-sweet and I used 3/4 cup milk chocolate morsels and 3/4 cup of white chocolate morsels as that is what I had on hand..And I used chopped pecans instead of walnuts. These are VERY rich! And tasty.

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2008
i just made this for my very picky husband and he loved it! This made my day. I also used pilsbury pre-made crust, which was great! And I used about 1/4 cup less chicken broth than called for. I added 1/2 teaspoon of corn starch...

American Potato Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 30, 2007
This recipe is awesome!!! I have made it about 4 times in the last 3 weeks for various get togethers, and everyone loves it. The first time I made it, i used the 2 tsp of salt called for in the recipe, and it was way too salty, so each other time i make it, i reduce to using just 1 tsp of salt. Also, I add about 6 slices of chopped cooked bacon and it is super yummy!!

Pretzel Turtles

This is yummy. I used DOVE chocolate filled with caramel and it was great..Then I made it again today and rather than pecans halves, I used almond slivers..and it was wonderful too. This is so easy..and everyone is always impressed!

Hoagie Bake

Reviewed: Mar. 24, 2007
This was pretty good. I found that when I cooked it even only 21 minutes on 325, the bottom was browning much sooner, faster than the top. I chose to creative 'flip' it, so the bottom wouldn't get too much browner... Since I halfed the recipe, this was doable.....but if i had made the original recipe size, then it wouldn't have been too easy to flip, and i think the outcomme would have been a crispy bottom and a not cooked top..

these were alright. I cooked as instructed, but the meat did seem a little bland to me. (and my family)

Strawberry Fruit Dip

Reviewed: Nov. 3, 2006
This recipe was good, and super easy. I just got home from a party and it seemed to be well received. I added 2 drops of red food coloring just to give it a "brighter" pink appearance.

Jet Swirl Pizza Appetizers

Reviewed: Sep. 17, 2006
Loved this. Super easy and was quite impressed with it! Very tasty. I used only provolone ( simply b/c I had no mozzerella on hand). Fantastic. I will make this again. I also used The Pampered Chef stoneware and it was wonderful.
