I tried this last night, and was pretty happy with the results. I didn't have all the exact ingredients on hand so I had to make some substitutions, and I took some tips from previous reviews. Here's what I changed: no milk, so I used half-n-half (75%) and water (25%) as a substitute; no cream of chicken, so I used cream of mushroom and didn't add any extra mushrooms; I boiled the chicken with diced celery, onion, pepper, and adobo; I added a couple slices of american cheese on the top in addition to the chedder mixed in. I cooked the dish for approximately 35 minutes, stirring midway. I really liked the flavor, and will probably add more cheese next time.
