Very yummy recipe... should have read a few of the reviews first... I think it took a lot longer than 5 minutes for it to be a brown color and pourable... tastes awesome though!

The Best Mint Chocolate Cookies

These are awesome. I took the advice of one of the reviews and added the 1/2 cup oil and two eggs. I also changed one other thing, instead of the using peppermint extract and reg choc chips, I used 2 cups of mint chocolate chips (i got them at the bulk barn). Turned out really well!

Basic Gingersnap Cookies

I made this recipe and it's awesome. I didn't put as much of the cloves as it called for but that was personal preference. I was looking for a recipe that was like what my Gramp used to make. This was almost exactly the same. I baked for 6 to 7 minutes and checked. They were usually done. They were great for dipping in tea!!! :)

Chicken Shepherd's Pie

This was a great way to use up extra potatoes and chicken. :) The only change I made was I didn't have time to roast a garlic so I just used minced. I also added some poultry seasoning. Very yummy!

Fabulous Fudge Chocolate Cake

This was really good, the only problem I had was getting it out of the pan. It was super moist...so much it stuck to the pan. Will try greasing it differently next time. Otherwise it disappeared in one birthday sitting :)

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

These really are awesome. I ran out of eggs but was craving them so I did a google search and found a site that had a egg substitute suggestion... they said 1 tbsp oil, 2 tbsp water and 2 tsp baking powder equaled 1 egg. They made the muffins so soft. Definately a keeper! Will make again soon.

Date Nut Loaf Cake

This was excellent and very easy to put together. I found it very moist. I didn't make the sauce to serve on it. I didn't think it needed it. Goes great with afternoon tea!

Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

I made these last night and they were good. The only thing I would add is a bit of milk (like 1/4 cup). The dough seemed too sticky if I didn't. Definately worth a try.

Apple Maple Crumble Pie

This was awesome! I made it tonight. It's perfect and I didn't find it tooo sweet. I took the advice of a previous reviewer and added a bit of cinnamon and a couple tbsp of flour to the apples. Turned out perfect!

Quick Coffee Cake

This was a great recipe. I read some of the reviews before making it and took one of the suggestions to mix the butter with the brown sugar, flour, cinnamon mix for the topping. Made the top very nice and crispy. It definately would have been a bit dry otherwise. I also substituted whole wheat flour for the white flour. Had lots of compliments!
