Pumpkin Cookies V

These were delicious. yes they were cake like and VERY soft but still good. I love the icing. I halved the recipe and had 3 dozen cookies. I added some ginger and cloves to bring out the pumpkin in it. I tasted the batter to get the right pumpkin taste I was looking for. I am making them again this weekend for some friends I work with.

These are great pancakes. We have pancakes every weekend and I use this recipe a lot. I do not let the batter sit. I mix them up and make them right away.

My husband loves cilantro which means he loves this recipe. It's easy and so refreshing. I have made it all year long. I think I will add some sugar snap peas and carrots when I make it later this week.

Fantastic Gorgonzola and White Wine Cheese Ball

I LOVE this cheese ball. this will be the only cheese ball I make. It was so easy and delicious. My family really enjoyed it on CMAS Eve and they are picky eaters.

Cilantro-Lime Dressing

Great dressing. I usually don'e make salad dressing but this sounded so good I had to try it. I took it to a dinner party and got rave reviews. OF course the oil will sink to bottom if you leave it in the fridge too long. I used more cilantro then it called for because my husband loves it.

Mom's Zucchini Bread

This is delicious. I used 1/2 cup of applesauce and 1/2 cup of oil (instead of 1 cup of oil). Also I used 1 cup of organic sugar and 1 cup of brown sugar instead of all white sugar. Very moist and delicious!

Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting

The taste of this icing is excellent. I gave it 4 stars because it does take a while to harden up in order to spread well. I was in a hurry and had to out the icing in the freezer for 10 + minutes to get it to stiffen up in order to make it spread and stay on the cake.

Hummus III

This is really easy and really yummy! However I think it almost taste better the second day after the garlic has some time to settle into the mixture. Thanks for a yummy hummus recipe!
