French Toast Bake

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2012
I made this today for my family brunch and it was the first thing gone! I only added some cinnamon to the wet mixture, otherwise I followed the recipe. It took longer to cook than stated but I may have not used enough bread. I will be making this again and again. Thank you!

Simple Slow Cooker Meatloaf

Reviewed: Aug. 10, 2008
The flavor was awesome in this meatloaf and it cooked in the exact amount of time specified. I followed the recipe exactly and found though that it fell apart more than I had hoped. It just crumbled, but was still delicious. We will definetly make again. Thanks

Fried Rice Restaurant Style

Reviewed: Aug. 7, 2008
I made this tonight for my family and only added 3 things to the recipe. Mushroom pieces, water chestnuts and tiny grilled steak pieces. This was so great, even my picky 2 yr old said it was yummy. Thank you!

Easy Cheesy Chicken I

Reviewed: Jul. 28, 2008
This was soo delicious! I made it in the crockpot using 8 chicken tenders and mixed the end result with rice and it was so fantastic! My picky 2yr old son ate every bite and I've been eating the leftovers for 2 days now. My only tip is that it is better on rice than noodles because of how thin the sauce is at the end. Mix the pre cooked rice into the crockpot after the sour cream and let it sit for 10 minutes. PERFECT! 5 stars!

BBQ Chicken Calzones

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2008
This recipe is fantastic! I made 4 calzones instead of 2 but they were still tasty. I also made a different version with ground sausage and cream cheese that was great too. Thanks!

Slow Cooker Italian Beef

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2008
I made this for my family last week and it was excellent! I only used the juice from the peppercinis and sliced the peppers for people to use at their leisure. It was so fantastic! Top with a slice of provolone and that is one tasty french dip. I will make again! Thanks.
