About this Cook
I'm eighteen and have only recently taken an intrest in cooking and I want to learn to a good standard.
My favorite things to cook
Family meals, themed meals
My favorite family cooking traditions
My mum is swedish so i enjoy cooking traditional swedish foods that she taught me.
My cooking triumphs
full roast dinner for 10 I made everything from scratch including all the sauces and trimmings. chicken cordon bleu which was in my top 5 meals ever eaten
My cooking tragedies
at easter a disaster of a roast leg of lamb that turned out to be practically raw when carved. everything else was ready and my family from sweden had to sit and wait whilst everything else went cold and I pan fried the lamb!

Chicken Cordon Bleu II
This was delicious, my boyfriend said it was actually the best meal he had ever eaten! I used gruyere cheese andserved it with creamy rice with herbs de provence and roasted mediterranean vegetables. It only took an hour to make! I would recommend this to anyone

Creamy Sweet Potato Soup
This recipe was OK but it wasn't very interesting. Also you cannot get half and half in england.

Roasted Sweet Potatoes & Onions
This was really good, everyone liked it and I would definatly make it again. Wouldn't use as much oil though.
