Roasted Winter Squash Seeds
Great flavor and crunch! I roasted the seeds after roasting a rather large butternut squash for the butternut squash pie. I left the seeds in for about 20 minutes to get a nice golden brown color and sprinkled with sea salt. Great healthy snack. Now I can't wait to make the squash pie.

Slow Cooker Sweet and Tangy Chicken
The sauce base was great. I did not have chicken available so I cut a small boneless pork sirloin roast into thick "chops". I used the sauce but added fresh pineapple(I did not have canned handy), also added red pepper with the green. I seared the "chops" then put all in the crock pot for 6 hours on low. Came out wonderfully moist and tender. I served with baked rice and garlic french cut green beans. Easy and Delicious!

Sour Cream Spritz
Great recipe. The dough handles perfectly. I did double the cinnamon and added a touch of fresh ground nutmeg. I sprinkled with colored sugar and baked for 11 minutes on an insulated cookie sheet. Perfect taste and texture. I have found your ingredients need to be very fresh, you cannot use parchment paper and you need a good cookie press. Thanks for the recipe.
