Carrot and Sweet Potato Tzimmes

Very sweet. This recipe for big company. I added some reisins. Very good day it is done. When staying day or two in frige Prunes getting soggy.

Eggplant with Garlic Sauce

I made it with some suggestions I read from reviews. It taste Greate! But it does not look even close to dish on the photo. After 2 min of cooking my eggplant lost its color and turned brow. After 4 min it gets mushy. Any suggestion how to make this dish better looking?

Corn and Zucchini Melody

Came out nice. I made with yellow and green squash, red pepper, onion and garlic and corn from can. Very colorful. Did not add cheese and no bacon to keep low cal.

London Broil for the Slow Cooker

Great!!! I added cream of asparagus because my HB does not like mushrooms. And I cook first 2 hours on High and after switch to Low for another 6 hours for 2lb of london broil. I cut it on portion part pieces. Next time I will cut on bite size pieses to make it as a stew. All together - awesom!

Crab and Swiss Quiche

Great! I use 3 eggs, 1 spoon of milk and choped 2 green onions. I did not use crust to cut callories. I also used 1 cup of low fat mozarella and 1/2 cup of sharp chedder - it come great and very colorfull! I backed at convection oven for 25min. Next time should do at least 35min. Next time will add more onion and may be other veggie. Thank you for recipe. It is great basic recipe to use as is or to experiment with ingridients!
