Banana Bran Muffins
These were very good even with my healthier revisions: unsweetened applesauce instead of butter; just under a 1/2 cup of honey instead of brown sugar; whole wheat instead of white flour.

Spinach Brownies
I made these last night. Followed the recipe exactly. They weren't bad. Just kind of ho-hum. I think mozzarella cheese is probably too mild for this dish. It needs something sharper to give it some zing.

Prego(R) Now and Later Baked Ziti
My husband loved this. He said so like 3 or 4 times. In his world, that's big time praise. Very easy. A good crowd pleaser.
