Southwestern Bean and Rice Salad

New go to side dish for us! Made this as a side with a Mexican main dish the other night. Used black beans and red pepper as had been mentioned by another reviewer. Not only was the salad beautiful, and sooo tasty! I forsee this dish on our table many more times in the future!

Spicy Refrigerator Dill Pickles

I have NEVER been a pickle fan, but these have changed my mind! This was my first attempt at pickles (needed a way to use some cukes that I got) Easy to tweak the ingredients to your personal preferences. I can't stop eating these things!

Garlic and Onion Burgers

Really good burgers. We substituted buffalo meat, and added a little ketchup too. It was delicious!
