Cinnamon Cream Cheese Pie

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2009
Creamy cinnamon pie is delicious, I didn't make this one but do make a similar version of this but MUCH easier. cinnamon chips (or white chocolate chips with cinnamon) 1/3C milk, 4oz cream cheese, 2C cool whip, graham crust. Melt chips & 2T milk, add cream cheese and remaining milk, beat with wire whisk til blended, refrigerate to cool a bit, then mix with cool whip. Poor into crust and freeze for 4 hours, set out to room temperature to serve. DELICIOUS and SO EASY! I think I'll post this actually!

Cookie Balls

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2008
LOVED these! delicious, everyone kept asking for the recipe. I highly recommend chilling the balls for at least an hour prior to dipping in the white chocolate, it's much easier that way.

Grilled Zucchini II

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2008
I do something similar. I use a Balsamic Vinaigrette and marinate the zucchini slices for about an hour or so then grill it, it is DELICIOUS!

Balsamic-Glazed Salmon Fillets

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2008
This was good, not exactly as wonderful as I thought it would be after reading the reviews. I followed the directions exactly and for some reason my sauce never thickened. I thought the balsamic taste was too strong and I do love balsamic. I guess I was hoping it would just be more sweet because of the honey, and thicker too. It was good but just not what I was hoping for and just missing something.

Slow Cooker Roast Beef

Reviewed: Jan. 29, 2008
SCRUMPTIOUS! This was my first time making beef roast. I had a 5 pound one and made it for Christmas. I adjusted the cooking time and ingredients accordingly. It only took about 10-11 hours for it cook. It was so TASTY, TENDER and wonderful, so easy everyone loved it. There was so much broth leftover I used it with the little bit of leftover roast and made a wonderful beef vegetable soup. Thanks

Rich Chocolate Truffle Pie

Reviewed: Jan. 29, 2008
This was wonderful! Rich and silky, delicious. I'm not a fan of semi-sweet chocolate so I used milk chocolate. I was also worried with a chocolate crust it would be overkill so I used a regular pie crust topped it with cool whip and chocolate shavings and it was just perfect for me. I loved it and so did everyone at my party.

Beef Nacho Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2008
Very good. In San Antonio where I'm from this is made all the time it's called Southwest Caserole (you can do it with chicken too) it's delish. We ALWAYS put corn in our nachos as well, it's a southwest thing.

Cream Cheese Frosting

Reviewed: Mar. 24, 2007
I'm disappointed with this. The reviews rave so I thought this would be exactly what I was looking for to frost my cake, but it tastes just like canned frosting from the store. It is good nice and creamy, sweet and tasty. But really its too sweet and I only added 4 cups of sugar to it. It tastes EXACTLY like the store bought stuff. I could have saved myself some time and effort.
