Better late than never. I've been making this recipe for several years now . . . . my family loves it. I've taken it to share at events with great reviews. The only ingredient I've clarified as I wouldn't say I changed is the ground turkey. I always use ground all white turkey breast. Yum and lower in fat.

Tropical Salad with Pineapple Vinaigrette

Love this salad, this recipe is a keeper. I used the fresh pineapple but I grilled it before chopping and adding to the salad, if you've never ate grilled fruit you will be surprised at the flavor enhancement. I also cut the oil in half for the dressing. I served this with my ever so famous Spicy Chipotle Turkey Burgers.

Lion House Wassail

This will be my third year to make this recipe and it receives the best compliments ever. We just love it. I originally found the recipe to make for a warm Holiday punch to sell at a Christmas High School Band Concert, I must admit most people did not know what Wassail was but it has caught on rapidly -- people now ask if we are going to have it.
