Needs about a half cup more sugar and a quarter cup more butter but all in all a very yummy soft sugar cookie recipe.

Delicious! I made half the recipe in a 9x13 baking dish, and my husband loved it as much as I did!

Crispy Herb Baked Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2009
This was easy and delicious! I added a few herbs to the flakes/cheese mixture. Used boneless skinless tenders and they were cooked in 25 minutes. Fast meal that was wonderful!

Three Bean Salad

Reviewed: Jun. 10, 2008
Delicious! Use any 3 beans you like and this is wonderful and easy to make. Can leave out the onion if you don't like it. But absolutely my new favorite summery recipe!

Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms II

Reviewed: Apr. 13, 2007
These are great! I had to improvise a bit, since I didn't have any sausage on hand, so I chopped up some thin sliced ham and added some cheddar cheese. By using cream cheese substitue (neufachel) and low fat shredded cheddar and low fat ham, this counts as a Phase 1 South Beach food, which is what I'm on right now! Great recipe with plenty of room to adapt it as you need! Great flavor!

Best Brownies

Reviewed: Mar. 12, 2007
Just tasting these fresh out of the oven, and they're pretty good. Not as fudgy as my favorite recipe, but great with only half the sugar. I doubled the recipe and put the batter in two round pans. I didn't have vanilla so left it out, which might have helped the taste a lot. Hits the spot for my chocolate craving right now though! :)

Elena's Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 6, 2006
I had plenty of leftover infant cereal to use up, and these cookies were very good. They do come out a bit moist, but when they're cooled they taste just fine. Even got the toddlers to eat them great. Not too sweet for me, but if you like sweet cookies, add a bit more sugar or applesauce to sweeten 'em.
