Best Bread Machine Bread
I was recently gifted a bread machine and promptly went searching for a good bread recipe. This was a good starter recipe, rose up well, and tasted nice. I've used this one a number of times now while getting used to my bread machine. It's a good basic recipe, though I will say it is best eaten fresh, as it is not very good the next day. Overall, though, it was decent.

Five Minute Ice Cream
While I have to agree, the taste is absolutely amazing with this! My grief, however, is that it was definitely a smoothie as the recipe stands. After firming it up in the freezer for a while it is great! This makes a great treat in the summer, or any time. I would definitely recommend it, just be sure to firm it up in the freezer.

Scottish Shortbread IV
These. Cookies. Are. Amazing!!! Like others I just whipped the out of the butter and sugar, then added the flour. No kneading at all. I added just a touch of vanilla as a personal preference and rolled these out with powdered sugar. So, so yummy! These are as good, if not better, than the bakery shortbread cookies. This will definitely go into my regularly used recipe box! A must try, you wont be disappointed.
