Zucchini Bread IV
excellent. :) the first time i made this, i had no baking powder, so i altered it a bit by placing an extra teaspoon of baking soda and three tablespoons of lemon juice. it rose well. :) tonight when i made it once again, i had the baking powder, did everything by the recipe, and it came out just as good. :) i think i'm going to try the crusty top that others are suggesting in their reviews.
and oh, i changed the cooking time. i can't seem to reach 60 minutes. i get it out at around 40 or 50 minutes. it's already done (toothpick test) by that time, and the sides and top are already crusty.
