Awesome recipe, love the top crust. I use one or two 16 oz. bag of frozen peaches, butter flavored shortening, and an extra tablespoon of cornstarch. This recipe wasn't liquidy at all and some people here said they made double the dough but I thought just one batch was perfect. mine is quite orangey because i dont think i use as many peaches as the recipe calls for, so if you do the same, you could cut back alittle on the juice but I like its tanginess. scoop of french vanilla ice cream makes this dessert just perfect. next time i want to add raspberries!
