Best Bread Machine Bread

I made this for my family and they LOVED it. I added an traditional half a teaspoon of salt as another review mentioned. The texture was amazing. We commented that this would be great for fondue, french toast, and sandwiches. This is a keeper. NOTE: It took me 4 hours in my bread machine. We were finished with dinner when my loaf was done. It became the first course of dessert. ;o)

Feta Cheese and Bacon Stuffed Breasts

Made this many times. It's a favorite. I've even prepared the raw chicken and then froze for future use. The result may not have as delicious and the fresh version, but my family and I still loved it.

Smokey Tequila-Lime Marinade

Used red pepper flakes rather than black pepper and also added chunks of bell peppers and red onion to marinaded chicken. Yum yum. Cooked on cookie sheet under broiler for 11 minutes and it was perfect!

Wet Burrito

The flavor was amazing, but the steps to make and assemble were trying as I was also trying to calm my 3 month old baby. I will make again, but when I have someone watching my little one. I put 2 unbaked burritos in the freezer for future meals.

Grandma's Best Ever Sour Cream Lasagna

I will be making this again soon. I used non-fat greek yogurt rather than sour cream. My husband who loves sour cream didn't notice the change up. I also used the no boil noodles. It made for a very easy and quick meal. I made this in two 9x9 pans. I baked one and froze the other for a easy future dinner.

Pasties I

Fantastic! I did add some gravy to the inside of my pastie and it was awesome. Doing so means it's no longer the traditional pastie, but the flavor was amazing. I used half of a store bought pie crust for each. I made a double batch freezing the half we didn't bake. We're looking forward to having it again.

Creamy Blueberry Pie

This was the easiest pie to make! I didn't use sour cream b/c I didn't have any, but I did use vanilla greek yogurt. I thought it turned out wonderfully. I was hoping for more of a custard type layer, but the result was very satisfying.

Greek Chicken Pasta

This was a fantastic, light, and refreshing summer dinner. My husband and I loved it! It would also be great for potlucks or picnics. We had PLENTY left over of which we ate for lunch the next day. It was as good as reheated or cold leftovers, but it definitely a keeper!

Fruit Pizza Trifles To Go

This was a 4th of July hit! I followed the directions for the cream cheese layer, but only used blueberries and strawberries to follow the red, white, and blue theme. FYI, I used a 1/4 cup of blueberries for the bottom layer and two heaping tablespoons of strawberries for the top layer. I sprinkled some toffee chips on the top too for crunch and flavor. Like I said, this was a huge hit. I love not having to bring food back home from a party. :)

I took the advice of others and reduced the sugar, added more spice, and replaced the butter with oil. The end result was AMAZING. A wonderful treat on a snow day. :o)

Never Fail Biscuits

These were awesome. I only had whipped butter and they still turned out. I didn't bother with the rolling out and cutting. My husband and I really enjoyed these very tender and moist biscuits.

Ginger Beef Stir-Fry

Better than take out! I subtracted the carrots and added pea pods, bamboo, and water chestnuts. B/c I add more veggies, I doubled the sauce. Even if I don't add more veggies next time, I will be doubling the sauce. It's just that good!

Keon's Slow Cooker Curry Chicken

This was pretty good. I did follow other's suggestions and reduced the about of the hot pepper. I only used a half teaspoon and found that to still be quite warm. If I make this again, I will use a quarter teaspoon.
