Brownie cookies

The texture was exactly what I was looking for. It was thin and chewy almost like the corner piece of a brownie. I would like to have had more of a fudgey taste but the cookie still gave me that chocolate fix. I only used half the dough and I think I'll add chocolate chips to the rest.

Waffles I

Fantastic and easy. I did seperate the eggs and then gently folded in the whipped whites. Otherwise, I followed the recipe as is. They turned out fluffy on the inside and crispy brown on the outside.

Mom's Chocolate Chip Cookies

Sometimes you just crave a really good, basic chocolate chip cookie and this is it. I would have never thought to add the pudding. They were nice and chewy and not flat at all.

Delicious Peanut Butter Cookies

Excellent Peanut Butter Cookie. I took the advice of other reviewers and only used 1/2 tbls. of vanilla. I made a Peanut Butter frosting and made these into sandwich cookies. The cookies alone were fantastic!

Original Nestle® Toll House® Chocolate Chip Cookies

Mine came out super flat. I did halve the recipe so I may have screwed something up. Hmmmm...I've made the tollhouse recipe before. They still taste good. I may crumple them up and put them on ice cream.

Mint Chocolate Chip Cookies

My daughter and I love anything with mint and chocolate. I used the Tollhouse mint/chocolate chip mix because I couldn't find the creme de menthe chips. These barely lasted a day!!!

Apple Pie

My pie turned out beautiful and yummy! I used granny smith apples and plenty of them which made for a very tart pie. I made a butter crust from scratch that turned out flakey and golden. I tried to let the pie rest for a few hours but I just couldn't help myself. I had to try it. This caused a little runniness but once the pie cooled completely the filling tightened up properly. You can't ask for more in a basic apple pie.

Buttermilk Cinnamon Rolls

These rolls came out perfect for me. I think next time I will add a bit of cinnamon and sugar to the dough as others suggested. I made a cream cheese frosting for the top. Next time I may add a little orange zest and extract for an orange glazed version. Good stuff!
