This was FABULOUS!!! I thought it was the perfect blend of coffee, cream and sweetness. And the great thing about this recipe is you can play with it and put a little more coffee or sugar. Whatever your in to. This will definitely be made over and over here. Thanks for the recipe.

Sunshine Toast

My family thought this was great. Even my daughter who doesn't like eggs thought it was good. I buttered both sides of the bread, then browned one side turned it over, cut the whole out and put the egg in. I tryed what one reviewer said and added a couple of tbsp. of water in the hot pan and covered, and it cooked the eggs perfect that way without flipping. Next time I will put these on a wire rack for a minute or so because when I put them straight on the plates the bottom got too soggy. We will definitely be eating this again and again. Thanks!!

Hearty Mince

My family liked this and I followed the recipe to a t. There was a little too much liquid so I would leave out a little water as others suggested. Was a fast and easy meal.

2-Bean Chili

This was a great recipe!! My husband thought it was one of the best he had eaten. I did have to add some salt and garlic powder to it. But it was fast and easy and super yummy!

1-2-3 Vegetable Chili

My family really liked this. My husband is definitely a meat eater, but he never said anything about there not being any. I did add an extra can of beans, and a little bit more zucchini. It also needed to be simmered a little bit more. I served this over rice with cornbread and it was a hit.

Szechwan Shrimp

My whole family loved this. Even my daughter who is picky about food. I added fresh sliced mushrooms and it was a huge hit. I took the advice of others and doubled the sauce and it was perfect. Will definitely make this again.
