Zucchini Brownies

The best brownie I have ever tasted! My family doesn't like nuts, so left them out -- and I did sub the oil with applesauce. Very easy recipe with outstanding results.

Better Than Sex Cake II

This cake is so GOOD! My son made this cake for my mother's 72nd birthday and everyone loved it. Since it is so rich, we cut the pieces very small and it fed about 30 people.

Praline Pumpkin Mousse

I used sugar free jello and poured the mousse into a graham cracker crust -- my husband, who is diabetic, LOVED it. For the topping, I used Splenda brown sugar blend.

Cream Cake

This recipe is wonderful. I followed it as printed and it made a double layer 6" round cake -- perfect for an individual birthday cake. The cake is moist and very light. This is a recipe I will be making again and again and again. Thank you for posting it Carol.

Beef Enchiladas II

This recipe was easy, but these are not enchiladas -- burritos, yes. My husband enjoyed them and called the recipe Enchiritos. Enchiladas are made with corn tortillas, burritos are made with flour tortillas.

New York Rye Bread

After reading some of the other reviews, I added more water and oil, plus 1 t. of sugar to the yeast mixture. Also, I baked for 30 minutes at 375 degrees. This bread was good, but not great. Will keep searching for the perfect recipe for NY Rye Bread.

Banana Nut Bread I

Excellent .... I took the advice of some other reviewers by using 1 c. sugar and 1 c. brown sugar, added 1 t. cinnamon and used butter instead of shortening. Also, baked 1 hour in Bundt pan. Very Very good!
