This is really a very excellent soup. My family raved about it and I will definately put this in my rotation for soups. It was very creamy and thick. I did add carrots, zuchinni, finely chopped and frozen peas to the vegtables. I also used turkey stock instead of the chicken boulillion and water, since it was the week after Christamas and my freezer was full of turkey stock. I was serving a crowd, so doubled the recipe. I did take some advice and added 1 cup of cheddar cheese to the milk mixture and crumbled crispy turkey bacon over the top of the soup when I served it. Yum!
