Baked Kale Chips
Super easy and yummy! I did the alternative idea as posted - used spray canola oil. I am at 6500 feet elevation and baked them at 350 for exactly 10 minutes and they were perfect. I recommend buying more kale than you would ever expect to like bc it shrinks down a lot! Even super picky bf like them a lot. Kind of like a really airy paper that disintegrates into yummy when you close your mouth. Aroma of roasted broccoli while cooking. Yum!

Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings
Yowza. So yummy. Good baked, great fried. Make sure you get good wing sauce and ranch. I'm not sure how 10 wings are supposed to equal 5 servings - as a main course for dinner I would say 8-10 per person. This one's going in the main recipe rotation!

Tomato-Cream Sauce for Pasta
I used an immersion blender for mine because I was looking for a smooth sauce. It kind of had a weird consistency when done cooking, almost like the cream broke in the sauce and looked curdled. I wish I had let the tomato mixture simmer for longer and then added the cream at the very end. But the taste was faaaaantastic. I served it over cheese tortellini, and will make it again.
