Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings
Yowza. So yummy. Good baked, great fried. Make sure you get good wing sauce and ranch. I'm not sure how 10 wings are supposed to equal 5 servings - as a main course for dinner I would say 8-10 per person. This one's going in the main recipe rotation!

Tomato-Cream Sauce for Pasta
I used an immersion blender for mine because I was looking for a smooth sauce. It kind of had a weird consistency when done cooking, almost like the cream broke in the sauce and looked curdled. I wish I had let the tomato mixture simmer for longer and then added the cream at the very end. But the taste was faaaaantastic. I served it over cheese tortellini, and will make it again.

Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes
The sauce BEFORE baking was to die for, I just wanted to use it as a fondue on bread, heck I was just eating it off a spoon. After baking though, it separated a little bit and didn't coat all of the potatoes. I was expecting more from this recipe, but I will try it again.
