Shrimp & Crab Salad in Puff Pastry Shell

1st try at puff pastry with my own recipe. 1/2 C Cooked Shrimp, chopped 1/2 C Cooked Crab, chopped 1 green onion, chopped 1/3 C Water Chestnuts, chopped 1/3 of an Avocado, chopped 1/4 C Miracle Whip 1/4 tsp Lemon Juice 1/4 tsp White Pepper 1/4 tsp Accent* Dash of Garlic powder 1 pkg (6) Puff Pastry Shells 1 pkg Snow Pea Pods 6 Whole Shrimp for garnish Prepare puff pastry shells as directed, reserving tops, cool. Combine shrimp, crab, green onion, water chestnuts and avocado. Mix Miracle Whip, lemon juice, white pepper , Accent and garlic pwd. Taste and adjust as desired. Add to seafood and mix gently. Line shells on the bottom and sides with the snow pea pods. They should be slightly over the sides of the shell. Spoon seafood mixture into the shells, slightly mounding on top. Garnish with a reserved puff pastry shell top at an angle with a whole shrimp standing on end around it. *For a variation, use curry instead of Accent.
