Soft Oatmeal Cookies
These were a big hit. Did make some changes, I added 1/4c. more oats, cut back on the white sugar to 1/2c., added a 1/2 tsp. ground cloves, and added 1 c. raisins. baked at 350 deg. for 9 minutes. Don't overbake.

Quick and Easy Yorkshire Pudding
I finally found a Yorkshire pudding/Popover recipe I love, tried many. I didn't add any salt to batter because I shouldn't be using it, the salt in the butter was enough, I am so sick of recipes with too much salt in them anyway. It's supposed to be eggy and hollow inside so you can put the gravy in. This recipe is a keeper, quick and easy.

Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
This recipe is good nothing outstanding. I usually make oatmeal cookies using the quaker oats recipe which I will keep doing, that said, it should be rounded tablespoon, not teaspoon, comes out too small its like eating bite size granola. Double the spices, I used raisins, but craisins are good too. I used 1 cup of butter since I had no shortening.
