Mother to a 4 year old man. I've taken cooking classes before, but not much stuck. I am now in the process of re-learning how to cook and eat healthy!

I really like making casseroles, baking pecan pies and making experimental food with my son (he dips chicken nuggets in caramel dip).

Making hamburger pie reminds me of being a kid, also I enjoy making cookies around christmas time!

Ground Beef Quiche
I omitted oregano and added black olives, oh yeah and used pepper jack, which gave it a kick. I thought it was awesome, my 5yr old didn't like it, but I'll just make adjustments to suit him next time.
