Cajun Chicken Pasta

This was so good! It tasted just like something from a fine Italian restaurant...but better! I strongly suggest using less heavy cream than the recipe calls for. You don't need that much! And also, after the chicken was done, I removed it from the skillet, cooked my vegetables, added the cream, seasoning, and then I put the chicken back in. This keeps it tender. I added 1/4 white wine and 1 T fresh lemon juice. The flavors were bursting!

Honey Mustard Grilled Chicken

Grilled Asian Chicken

DELICIOUS! This was so easy to prepare and make. The taste was truly satisfying. I followed this recipe exactly, and it turned out great. I will definitely make it again and again. Next time, I might use the chicken to make lettuce wraps.

Baked Mashed Potatoes

I thought the potatoes were extremely bland. As for physical appeal, they were quite pretty. I don't know why there was no flavor. Maybe it was because I used low fat cream cheese, butter, and milk. I wanted to cut some fat out, but if it also hurts the taste, then maybe next time I should lay off the fat-free ingredients.

Becky's Chicken Salad

This chicken salad turned out SO GOOD. I used pecans instead, and I added a lot of extra spices such as cayenne pepper, onion salt, and paprika. I also added a bit of mustard to give it some more flavor. But I loved how the whipping cream made it so smooth. I didn't put in a full cup of mayonnaise; only half a cup; but I think that was plenty. I also cut out the fruit, and added more chicken than the recipe called for. I was really delighted with the result, and I will definitely make this again!

Justin's Hoosier Daddy Chili

This was my first time making chili, and it came out absolutely fabulous! I did make a few alterations. I didn't put in the red pepper flakes, and I cut back on a lot of the spices. I left out the chicken broth too. I think putting that in would have made the dish too soupy.
