Molten Chocolate Cakes With Sugar-Coated Raspberries

These are great! I have made them about 4 times now and I use the large 6 muffin, muffin tins, so they have to cook a little longer to be firm enough to put on a plate. If you overcook them they of course will not be molten-like and will be a gooey version of a cupcake. I used the Ghiradelli chocolate chips as someone else has suggested.

It's Chili by George!!

I made this for a Chili lunch at work. Everyone loved it, just the right amount of spice for me (mild-medium). This chili was the first to go out of 6, and people went back for seconds or thirds. I would say its a pretty standard chili recipe. I will make this recipe over the previous recipes I used to make.

Walnut Pumpkin Pie

I have made it twice now, everyone love it. I use a regular crust instead of graham cracker, due to personal preference. This will replace the regular pumpkin pie from now on.

Spicy Slow Cooker Black Bean Soup

This is a good recipe, I did have to make some alterations to it so I gave it a 4. I recommend mashing the beans down (or putting them in the blender like others suggested). I thought mashing was better, kept it a little more chunky. I also added onions and corn for more texture and flavor. My spices might have been older, but I had to actually add some more to make it more flavorful. Next time I will add some chicken to it as well. Its a tasty recipe that is easy to make.

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

this was great. I used someone else's advice and sprayed both sides of the tortilla and sprinkled both with cinnamon and sugar. I also used Raspberry preservatives, which made it a little tart for my taste, so next time I will try marmalade. everyone loved it though.

Stuffed Peppers My Way

So good! Very easy and the best stuffed pepper recipe I have had so far. The recipe can be altered easily in case you get sick of eating the same thing all the time. Next time I will try it with beef and cheddar cheese.

Home Style Macaroni and Cheese

It was one of the best Mac and Cheese recipes I have found but it still wasn't the greatest. I used sharp cheddar and a blend of Jack...I still felt as though it needed some cayen pepper or something to give it a little bit of a kick...

Asparagus, Chicken, and Pecan Pasta

This was a really easy recipe. I think it needed more chicken broth and peppers, and when the "sauce" gets transferred it would be best to have a giant bowl put some of the noodles in, a little sauce, etc. Otherwise it all ends up on the top/bottom.

Maria's Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Really tasty! There was way to much "stuffing" for the 4 breasts, so I threw what was left on top of the 4, poured the spagetti sauce on top and it was perfect. Very fast and easy recipe.

Mom's Apple Crisp

Very good!! I was looking for a recipe without oats, and I finally found it. I forgot to add the water right away so it cooked in the oven for 20 minutes by the time it got added, and it still tasted great.

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

Great! I do recommend using a larger size pan, typically I use my medium size which the cake cooks over in the oven and creates a crack. The larger pan prevents it from reaching over the edges. I also made it into a Marble Cheesecake this last time by using 1 ounce of melted chocolate with a cup of batter. It turned out great!

Blue Cheese Crusted Filet Mignon with Port Wine Sauce

Excellent! Everyone loved it. I did use red wine instead of Port, but I will try the Port next time. I will also cut the amount of onions back to 1/4 and throw in some mushroom pieces. Some of the topping was wasted because it fell off the top of the filet, to prevent this next time I would use parchment paper (wrap it around the outside edge of the steak) to prevent the topping from falling off.

Savory Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

Everyone loved them, I wish I had made more! I did add extra breadcrumbs(I had 2 cups worth) and I did not have jack cheese so I used Provolone and Swiss Cheese. I omitted the crab due to some guests that cannot eat it. They were great!!

Red Potato Bites

I cooked mine twice and long, and they still needed to be cooked longer. I added cheese to the potato mix, next time I will make them with a little milk and some more seasoning. I won't be making these again.

Cocktail Meatballs IV

Everyone thought they were great. I would cook them in the oven about 10 minutes longer, they had to sit in the crock pot for an hour before I could serve them because they were not cooked all the way. I also added some extra jelly and chili sauce.

We make these quite often, they are wonderful! I like to up the triple sec to 3 and the tequila to 4 or 5, a little less kick to it for me. Adding frozen strawberries makes a tasty strawberry margartia.
